Privacy policy.

AscendMe is an iOS app in private beta, run by the AscendMe team. This page explains what data we collect on this website, what we do with it, and how to reach us. The in-app privacy notice ships inside the iOS app and covers anything specific to scans, photos, biometrics, and account data once the app is installed.

What we collect on this site

• Waitlist email. When you submit the waitlist form we store your email address and the page or campaign source tag with our email provider, Brevo, so we can send you beta invites and occasional product updates.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, logs standard request data (IP address, user agent, referrer, request path, timestamp) for security, abuse prevention, and basic diagnostics.
• Cookies. The website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only cookies in use are the functional ones required by the framework and theme preference.

How we use it

• To send beta invites and a small number of launch-related emails.
• To understand which channels drive signups so we know what content to invest in.
• To keep the site online and protect it from abuse.

Who we share it with

We use a short list of vendors to operate AscendMe. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy programs:

• Brevo — waitlist storage and transactional email.
• Vercel — web hosting, deployment, and edge logs.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share waitlist emails with advertisers or data brokers.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from future marketing.
• Delete. Email hello@ascendme.app from the address you signed up with and we will delete your record from the waitlist.
• Access. Email hello@ascendme.app if you want a copy of the data we hold about you.

Children

AscendMe is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If we change this policy in a material way we will update the date at the top of the page and, where appropriate, notify waitlist subscribers by email.
